Milk and ice

06 - 6 cups (1.4 L) milk, dairy or oat, divided

Sweeteners and flavors

10 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
11 - 2-4 tablespoons simple syrup or sugar, to taste

14 - 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
15 - 2 tablespoons honey
16 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
17 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
18 - Pinch fine salt, optional

# Instructions:

01 - Brew coffee stronger than usual. Chill most of it for iced drinks and keep the espresso or 1/2 cup strong coffee hot for the affogato.
02 - For one glass, combine 3/4 cup chilled coffee, 1/2 cup milk, ice, and sweetener to taste. Stir well.
03 - Beat instant coffee, granulated sugar, and hot water for 3-5 minutes until thick and fluffy. Spoon over 1 cup iced milk.
04 - For caramel, drizzle caramel in a glass, add ice, 1 cup milk, and 1/2 cup strong coffee. For vanilla, use 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and sweetener instead of caramel.
05 - For iced mocha, whisk cocoa or chocolate syrup into 3/4 cup warm coffee, then add milk and ice. For chocolate cold brew, stir chocolate syrup into cold brew concentrate, then add milk and ice.
06 - Place one scoop vanilla ice cream in a small chilled glass. Pour hot espresso or very strong coffee over the top and serve immediately.
07 - For coconut iced coffee, shake chilled coffee, coconut milk, ice, and sugar to taste. For honey latte, dissolve honey in warm coffee, then add warm milk or pour over ice with cold milk.
08 - Dissolve brown sugar and a tiny pinch of salt in warm coffee. Pour over ice, add milk, stir, and taste before adding more sugar.
