5-Ingredient Frozen Peach Crisp (Print Version)

A no-thaw frozen peach crisp with a buttery cinnamon crumble, made with just five ingredients and about 10 minutes of hands-on work.

# Ingredients:

For the peach layer

01 - 6 cups (about 24 oz or 680 g) frozen sliced peaches, unthawed
02 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, from 1/2 cup total
03 - 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour, from 2/3 cup total
04 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, from 1 teaspoon total

For the crumble topping

05 - Remaining granulated sugar, about 6 tablespoons
06 - Remaining all-purpose flour, about 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon
07 - Remaining ground cinnamon, about 3/4 teaspoon
08 - 6 tablespoons (85 g) unsalted butter, melted

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F. Set out an 8x8-inch baking dish or another 2-quart oven-safe dish.
02 - Add the frozen peaches to the baking dish. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Toss lightly and spread into an even layer.
03 - In a medium bowl, stir the remaining sugar, remaining flour, and remaining cinnamon. Add the melted butter and mix with a fork until damp, crumbly pieces form.
04 - Sprinkle the crumble evenly over the peaches without packing it down. Set the dish on a rimmed baking sheet if your dish is very full.
05 - Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and the peach filling bubbles thickly around the edges. Tent loosely with foil near the end if the topping browns too quickly.
06 - Let the crisp cool for 15-20 minutes before serving. Spoon into bowls while warm and add ice cream or whipped cream if you like.

# Notes:

01 - Use the peaches straight from the freezer. Do not thaw them first.
02 - Resting time helps the filling thicken before serving.
03 - Best served warm the day it is baked.
