Cheesy Pizza Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

For the dip

01 - 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
02 - 1/2 cup (120 g) sour cream
03 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
06 - 1 cup (250 g) thick pizza sauce
07 - 1 1/2 cups (170 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
08 - 1/3 cup (30 g) grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 1/2 cup (70 g) chopped pepperoni
10 - 1/2 cup (70 g) chopped salami
11 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

For serving

12 - Toasted baguette slices, breadsticks, pita chips, tortilla chips, or sturdy crackers

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a shallow 1-quart baking dish.
02 - In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sour cream, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
03 - Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly in the baking dish. Spoon the pizza sauce over the top in an even layer.
04 - Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan. Scatter the chopped pepperoni and salami over the cheese, keeping some pieces exposed on top.
05 - Bake for 18-22 minutes, until the edges are bubbling and the cheese is fully melted.
06 - Broil for 1-2 minutes for a golden top, watching closely. Rest for 5 minutes, garnish with basil, and serve hot with sturdy dippers.
