Sweet BBQ Bacon Aioli

29 - 1/2 cup (120 g) mayonnaise
30 - 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
31 - 1 tablespoon honey
32 - 2 slices cooked bacon, finely crumbled
33 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
34 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

# Instructions:

01 - Set out five small bowls. Measure the mayonnaise and yogurt or sour cream into each bowl before adding the stronger seasonings.
02 - In the first bowl, whisk mayonnaise, yogurt or sour cream, hot honey, chili flakes, garlic powder, lemon juice, and ranch seasoning until smooth. Chill for 30 minutes.
03 - In the second bowl, stir mayonnaise, sour cream, parmesan, minced garlic, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until creamy. Refrigerate 20-30 minutes before serving.
04 - In the third bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, buffalo sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, and garlic powder until smooth. Add more buffalo sauce 1 teaspoon at a time if you want it hotter.
05 - Add mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt to a blender. Blend until smooth, scraping once if needed.
06 - In the fifth bowl, stir mayonnaise, BBQ sauce, honey, crumbled bacon, smoked paprika, and lemon juice until combined. Rest for 10-15 minutes so the smoky flavor settles.
07 - Taste each sauce after chilling. Adjust with citrus for brightness, honey for sweetness, or a pinch of salt. Serve cold with fries, wings, burgers, wraps, tacos, bowls, or grilled meats.

# Notes:

01 - Makes about 5 cups total sauce, enough for 20 small 2-tablespoon servings.
02 - Best served chilled after a short rest so the seasonings can hydrate.
03 - Use clean spoons and keep the sauces refrigerated between servings.
