Easy Cheesy Garlic Breadsticks, 1st Recipes Style (Print Version)

Warm cheesy garlic breadsticks made with pizza dough, garlic butter, mozzarella, parmesan, and marinara for dipping.

# Ingredients:

For the breadsticks

01 - 1 can (13.8 oz / 391 g) refrigerated pizza dough, or 1 lb (450 g) homemade pizza dough
02 - 3 tablespoons (42 g) unsalted butter, melted
03 - 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
04 - 2 tablespoons finely grated parmesan cheese
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
06 - 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
07 - 1 1/2 cups (170 g) shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
08 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

For serving

09 - 1/2 cup (120 ml) warm marinara sauce, for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Heat the oven to 425°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll or press the pizza dough into a 10 by 13 inch rectangle on the parchment. If it springs back, cover it and let it rest for 10 minutes before pressing again.
03 - Stir the melted butter, minced garlic, parmesan, Italian seasoning, and salt in a small bowl.
04 - Brush the garlic butter evenly over the dough, going close to the edges. Sprinkle the mozzarella over the top in an even layer.
05 - Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the crust is lightly golden and the cheese is melted and bubbling. If you want deeper color, broil for 30-60 seconds while watching closely.
06 - Let the breadsticks rest for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley, cut into sticks with a pizza wheel, and serve warm with marinara.

# Notes:

01 - Best served hot, right after slicing.
02 - Let refrigerated dough warm slightly before shaping.
03 - Use low-moisture mozzarella for the cleanest melt.
