01 -
Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on two sides. Lightly grease the parchment.
02 -
Slice the gumdrops in half, or quarter any large pieces. Keep them ready near the stove.
03 -
Bring 1 inch of water to a gentle simmer in a saucepan. Set a heatproof bowl over the pan without letting the bowl touch the water.
04 -
Add the white chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and butter to the bowl. Stir slowly for 8-10 minutes, until smooth and thick.
05 -
Remove the bowl from heat and let the mixture cool for 1-2 minutes. Fold in the gumdrops until evenly scattered.
06 -
Scrape the mixture into the prepared pan. Press it level with greased parchment, then refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
07 -
Lift the slab from the pan using the parchment. Cut into small bars with a warm, lightly greased knife.
