Pineapple Lemonade (Print Version)

A bright, fizzy pineapple lemonade punch made with chilled pineapple juice, lemonade mix, water, and lemon-lime soda.

# Ingredients:

For the pineapple lemonade

01 - 1 cup powdered lemonade mix, such as Country Time or a similar mix
02 - 3 cups (710 ml) cold water, plus more to taste
03 - 1 can (46 oz or 1.36 L) chilled pineapple juice, preferably 100 percent juice
04 - 2 cups (475 ml) chilled lemon-lime soda
05 - 2 cups ice, plus more for serving

For garnish

06 - 1 lemon, thinly sliced
07 - 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks or wedges
08 - 8 to 12 fresh mint leaves, optional

# Instructions:

01 - Add the powdered lemonade mix and cold water to a large pitcher or drink dispenser. Stir for 30-60 seconds, until the powder is fully dissolved and no mix sits on the bottom.
02 - Pour in the chilled pineapple juice and stir until the drink is evenly golden. Taste and add up to 1 cup more cold water if you want it less sweet.
03 - Slowly pour in the chilled lemon-lime soda. Stir gently just a few times so the punch stays fizzy.
04 - Fill glasses with ice and pour the pineapple lemonade over the top. Garnish with lemon slices, pineapple chunks, and mint if using.
05 - Cover and refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days. Add a splash of fresh soda to each glass before serving if the fizz has faded.

# Notes:

01 - Best served immediately after adding the soda.
02 - Make the lemonade and pineapple juice base up to 24 hours ahead, then add soda before serving.
03 - For a less sweet version, replace the lemon-lime soda with club soda.
