Bring 8 cups water to a boil in a medium pot. Add the sago pearls and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring often, until mostly translucent.

If the pearls still have white centers, turn off the heat, cover, and rest for 5-10 minutes. Drain in a fine-mesh sieve and rinse under cold water until cool.

Dice the mango, strawberries, and kiwi into small pieces. Drain the nata de coco well so the syrup does not make the drink too sweet.

In a large pitcher or bowl, stir together the coconut milk, evaporated milk, and 1/2 cup condensed milk until smooth. Taste and add more condensed milk if needed.

Add the cooled sago, diced mango, strawberries, nata de coco, and kiwi. Stir gently until everything is evenly distributed.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Stir before serving, then thin with cold water or coconut water and pour over ice.
